Who you are booking with
Dubai Transfer Co., a chauffeur service operating in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Company registration and the RTA limousine operator licence are in progress. Until both are issued, invoices show the registration as pending. We do not print a licence number we do not hold.
What you are booking
A private car with a chauffeur, either for a route or for a block of hours. This is not a taxi and not a ride-hailing app. Every ride is arranged in advance.
You get the vehicle class you chose or a comparable one. The exact model can change. The class, the number of seats and the luggage capacity do not.
The price
The price shown before you confirm is the price. It includes all tolls and Salik, parking, airport gate fees and 5% VAT. It does not rise for night rides, traffic or demand.
Two things sit outside it. An extra stop beyond the booked route is AED 60 for up to 15 minutes. Waiting beyond the free window is charged.
Free waiting is 60 minutes at the airport and 15 minutes anywhere else.
Paying
No card details are entered on this website. Once the office has your booking it sends a secure payment link for the amount you saw, or agrees cash to the chauffeur, or puts the ride on the monthly invoice if you hold a corporate account.
All prices are in UAE dirhams.
Flight delays
Give us your flight number when you book. The office checks the flight and moves your pick-up to the actual landing time. Your free waiting starts from there and the fare does not change.
Without a flight number we cannot do this, so please add it even if your plans look certain.
Passengers and luggage
Every class has a seat limit and a luggage limit, and both are shown before you choose. If more people or more bags arrive than the class holds, the chauffeur may not be able to carry them safely, and a larger vehicle may not be available at short notice.
Child and booster seats cost nothing but must be asked for when you book, not on the day.
Cancelling and changing
Free up to 12 hours before pick-up, half the fare inside 12 hours, and the full fare once the chauffeur has been dispatched. Moving a booking to another time costs nothing while the chauffeur has not been dispatched.

What we are responsible for
Getting you there with a chauffeur whose licence and permit are in date, in an insured vehicle, and treating your luggage with care.
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, security events or anything else outside our control, so please allow sensible time before a flight.
If something goes wrong, tell the office straight away. Complaints are answered by a person, not a form.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes go to the courts of Dubai.
If we change these terms, the version that applies to your ride is the one published on the day you booked.
