What is the same in every class
Bottled water, Wi-Fi, a chauffeur whose licence and RTA permit are in date, and a fixed price that includes tolls, parking, airport gate fees and 5% VAT.
Child and booster seats cost nothing but must be asked for when you book, not on the day.

You book a class, not a registration plate. The car that comes is the class you chose or a comparable one; the seats and the luggage capacity never drop below what you booked.
If we cannot cover your class, we upgrade you and you pay the fare you were quoted.
