What an account changes
Your rides go on account instead of being paid one by one. At the end of the month the office sends one invoice with every ride listed: date, passenger, route and fare. At this stage it is prepared by hand.
Nothing about the price changes. Corporate customers pay the same published fare as anyone booking on the website, because the fare is fixed and we do not run two price lists.
Booking on the account
Your assistant, your reception desk or the passenger themselves can book, by WhatsApp or by phone. We need the name of the passenger and who to bill it to.
For regular runs, such as the same airport pick-up every Monday, send the dates once and the office books each ride for you.
Who drives
Rides are carried out by our partner limousine companies, and each company assigns its own chauffeurs. If a chauffeur suits your visitors, tell us and we will pass the request on, but we cannot promise the same person every time.
Every chauffeur has their licence, RTA permit and Emirates ID expiry dates on file, and every car its registration and insurance. A chauffeur or car whose document lapses is blocked the same day and cannot be put on a job.
Visitors and airport arrivals
Give us the flight number and the office moves the pick-up to about 45 minutes after the actual landing, roughly when your visitor walks out into arrivals. Sixty minutes of free waiting at the airport count from then, and the meet and greet with a name board costs nothing.
Your visitor never has to pay, never has to expense anything and never has to explain who is paying.
Opening an account
Message the office with your company name and who should receive the invoice. Accounts are opened by hand at this stage and we would rather talk to you than send you a form.
