What if my flight is delayed?

Give us the flight number. The office moves your pick-up to the actual landing time, and the 60 minutes of free waiting start from there. The fare does not change.

Is the price really fixed?

Yes. Tolls, parking, airport fees and 5% VAT are all inside the number you see. There is no night rate and no surge. The only thing that changes the total is something you add yourself: an extra stop, or waiting beyond the free window.

Do you do city tours?

Yes. Private city tours of Dubai by chauffeured car, and Abu Dhabi day trips. You set the route or ask us for one; the car and chauffeur are yours by the hour.

Can I cancel?

Free up to 12 hours before pick-up. Inside 12 hours we charge 50%. Once the chauffeur has been dispatched, the full fare.
