What we collect
When you book a ride we ask for your name, your mobile number, your email address, the language you would like your chauffeur to speak, your pick-up address and, for airport transfers, your flight number. If you write a note about the ride, we keep that too.
We also keep the booking itself: the route, the date and time, the vehicle class and the fare.
We do not ask for your date of birth, your passport number or your card details. No card details are entered on this website at all.
Why we need it
Your name and address get the car to the right door. Your mobile number is how the office reaches you if anything changes, and it is how we find your booking. Your flight number lets the office move your pick-up to the actual landing time. Your email is for the invoice.
That is the whole list. We do not collect anything because it might be useful one day.
Who sees it
The office sees the whole booking. The chauffeur driving you sees only what they need for that ride: your name, the pick-up and drop-off, the flight number and any note you left.
The chauffeur does not see your email address, and calls between you and the chauffeur go through the office line, so neither of you sees the other's private number.
We do not sell your details, we do not rent them, and we do not hand them to advertisers.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking script of any kind. Nothing here follows you to another site.
The booking you fill in stays in your own browser until you send it to the office. Until you send it, we have not received anything.
How long we keep it
An invoice is kept for as long as UAE tax law requires invoices to be kept.
Everything else is kept while it is useful for running your ride and answering questions about it, then removed.
Your choices
Write to hello@dubaitransferco.com and you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We do this free of charge and we do not ask why.
The one thing we cannot delete is an invoice we are required by law to keep.

Company registration and the RTA limousine operator licence are in progress. This notice is published before launch so that you can read it before you give us anything.
