Where we are
Dubai Transfer Co. is being set up now. Company registration and the RTA limousine operator licence are in progress, and until both are issued our invoices show the registration as pending.
We could have left that off the website. It seemed a strange thing to hide from someone who is about to hand us their arrival time and their phone number.
One price, decided before you book
The fare you see before you confirm is the fare. It includes tolls and Salik, parking and airport gate fees, and it does not move because it is midnight, because it is raining, or because the app noticed you are in a hurry.
Surge pricing and night rates are not switched off in our system. They were never built. There is no setting anyone can turn on by accident.
Chauffeurs, not drivers we found today
Every chauffeur at our partner companies has their driving licence, RTA limousine permit and Emirates ID expiry dates on file, and every car its registration and insurance. When a document lapses the system blocks that chauffeur or car the same day, and it cannot be put on a job. Nobody has to remember to do it.
Every ride is offered to a partner limousine company, which sees exactly what it will be paid before it accepts. The chauffeur works for that company, and the company pays them.
What we do not do yet
Card payment on the website is not connected, so the office sends a payment link after your booking is confirmed. Flight delays are handled by a person checking the flight, not by an automatic feed. There is no live map of your car.
We have no customer reviews yet, so you will not find a star rating on this site. When we have real ones, they will be real ones.
How to reach a person
WhatsApp is the main channel and it is answered day and night by someone in the office rather than a menu.
If something goes wrong, tell us straight away. A complaint answered on the day is cheaper for everyone than a review written a week later.
