DXB Terminal 3 arrivals: finding your chauffeur

Terminal 3 arrivals is enormous. Here is exactly what happens between the baggage belt and the car.

Where the chauffeur stands

After passport control and the baggage belts you walk through customs into the public arrivals hall. The greeting line, a railing where drivers and hotel staff hold their boards, is directly in front of that exit. Your chauffeur stands there with a board showing the name from your booking, and stays there for the full free hour.

You do not need to find the car. You need to find one person holding your name, and they are standing where everyone walking out must pass.

If you cannot see the board

Do not walk to the car park and do not leave the hall. Stay by the greeting line and message the office on WhatsApp with your booking reference. The office connects you and the chauffeur directly, and the reply comes day or night.

The usual reason for a missed board is an early exit: passengers with cabin bags sometimes clear the hall faster than the flight tracker predicts. The chauffeur is on the way to the line, not absent.

Late flight, early flight

The office follows the flight number, not the booking clock. If the plane lands late, the pick-up moves with it and the fare stays where it was. The free hour starts when you walk out into arrivals, so passport queues and slow belts do not eat into it.

One tip that saves ten minutes

Put your flight number on the booking. It is the single field that turns a scheduled pick-up into a tracked one, and it is the difference between a board that is already up and a chauffeur still parking.
