Questions we expect

What if my flight is delayed?

Give us the flight number. The office moves your pick-up to about 45 minutes after the actual landing, roughly when you walk out into arrivals, and the 60 minutes of free waiting start from then. The fare does not change.

Is the price really fixed?

Yes. Tolls, parking and airport fees are all inside the number you see. There is no night rate and no surge. The only thing that changes the total is something you add yourself: an extra stop, or waiting beyond the free window, and both are agreed with the office before they are charged.

Do you do city tours?

Yes. Private city tours of Dubai by chauffeured car, and Abu Dhabi day trips. You set the route or ask us for one; the car and chauffeur are yours by the hour.

Can I cancel?

Nothing paid yet? Cancelling is free at any hour. Once you have paid:

  • More than 12 hours before pick-up: free
  • Within 12 hours of pick-up: 50% of the fare
  • Chauffeur already on the way: the full fare
  • No partner company has accepted the ride yet: free, at any hour

If we or the partner company cancel, you are charged nothing.
